Symptoms
After upgrading Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) to version 4.4.1.0.0 , the Charging Control Service's (CCS) EDR (Event Detail Record) DURATION & DURATION_CHARGED tags will report a value greater than 0 seconds for a Call Busy scenario (the called or B-party's line is busy and connect fails).
