Symptoms
On : 7.2.0 Design Studio version, Order And Service Management
User received a Cartridge build error on the Design Studio upgrade . The user was attempting to rebuild a set of OSM 7.0.1 (B698) cartridges, using Design Studio 7.2. (B1505) .
This problem was also observed with Design Studio 3.1.4
This same error happened for BOTH the data dictionary projects that existed in the system.

Build error: The project was not built due to "ActivationOSMIntegrationDataDictionary does not exist".
Fix the problem, then try refreshing this project and building it since it may be inconsistent.However, this entity does not exists.
