Symptoms
On OFSAAI, when attempting to delete a user who is no longer active using User Maintenance delete option the following error is displayed:
ERROR
[1216] User is logged in. Cannot delete the user now.
The user is not actually logged in but is listed in the screen:
Security Management >>User Activity Report >> Currently Logged in Users.
Steps to reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Security Management -> User Maintenance
2. Select user and delete
