EDR Screen Doesn't Use The Product Type Display Currency (Doc ID 1473605.1)

When opening the EDR (Event Data Record) screens, the system's currency is picked up as the display currency while it should use the configured currency for the subscriber when it is not the same as the system's one.

  1. Navigate to Services -> Prepaid Charging -> Subscriber Management
  2. From the Subscriber Management screen, select and open an account
  3. From the Edit Subscriber screen, select Wallets on the right hand side, then click on View EDRs





None - This is a known issue when using multiple currencies.
