ASCP Planned Order Start Dates For Item With Various Demand Due Dates Are All The Same Date (Doc ID 1474427.1)

Symptoms

Have weekly demand forecast for item but when reviewing the Planned Order Start Dates, all the generated planned orders have the SAME Start Date (todays date) even though there is future Demand that should not be released yet. This causes issues with the Release Time Fence Releasing all the Planned Orders today, well in advance of when the planned order is actually needed. Also note the Compression Days is the SAME for all planned orders even though the orders are NOT compressed

STEPS
--------
Create weekly Forecast for item
Data Collections run
ASCP Plan launched (unconstrained)
Review Planned Orders in Workbench
Note All generated Planned Orders have SAME Start Date

Item Set up Info:
Fixed Days Supply = 13 days
Make/Buy = Buy
Planning Time Fence = 1 day
Release Time Fence = 3 days
Processing Lead Time = 30 days
Sourcing Rule = Buy from Vendor A 100% Rank 1
No Blanket PO's defined
(No Supplier Specific attributes set in ASL)
