OCA Not Working Post ASAP Upgrade To 7.0.2 (Doc ID 1474837.1)

ASAP was upgraded from 5.2.4 version to 7.0.2. The Weblogic domain upgrade was also performed. The Application came up fine, but when OCA is launched, it gives following error:
