Symptoms

The "View Locked Orders..." popup menu item on the Service Request Search results window (w_query_monster_sheet) is disabled and grayed out for all users.  The behavior occurs even though the Security Permissions are properly configured for the popup menu item (Security Permissions > MetaSolv Solution > Popup Menus > w_query_monster_sheet.m_query_order_popup.m_popup > m_resetorderstatus).
