SA Billing History (CIPBSBHL) Cannot Be Used For BD-rated SAs (Doc ID 1476442.1)

Goal

Unit of Measure (UOM), Billable Service Quantity and Average Daily Service Quantity are blank or have zero values for BD-rated SAs. The Billable Service Quantity on the Service agreement (SA) Billing History page is 0. Because the SQL that retrieves the information on this page sets the TOU and SQI to ‘ ‘ (blank). Nothing on the Bseg SQs of each bill segment has KWH/blank/blank as UOM/TOU/SQI combination. It will only work for SP rated SAs.


Is this the way it should work or is there a bug in the system?
