How To Add Missing Center ID For a Case That Has Been Booked in Already (Argus Safety 4.1.3.x) (Doc ID 1483528.1)

 We have a situation that the center id was not entered upon booking the case in Argus and we are unable to enter that # now once the case has been booked in.  
Can you please advise what the options are to correct this so that reconciliation can be performed by the client for this study. What are the possible IT solutions and the user solutions?
