Goal

Question 1:

Is un-commenting the <EventRouter id=”Message Events to Database …” section of the events.xml is a requirement or an option?

There is a comment within the events.xml file that says the follow:

<!-- It is recommended to keep the Database Router turned off to minimize the amount of database space and traffic -->

 


Question 2:

The direction say to edit the jvmArguments.xml file under the following file path “\Synchrony\Interchange\conf\jvmArguments.xml,” but we do not have that file or that path.

Is there is another file we should be editing within the Synchrony 5.9?
