Overall slow performance. The emphasis is on overall, not specific use cases. e.g, customer says everything is slow, from login to click a tab of an object.
In Oracle Application Server, OC4J process restarts by itself. This is because OC4J process no longer responds to ping from OPMN process in a timely manner and OPMN process restarts it.
System crashes. No response from system at all.
Random erratic behaviors. Normally working functionality no longer works.
