Recent upgrade from Oracle Argus Safety Version 4.2 to 7.0.1
Soundex searching in Case Open screen was working fine until recently, but now no longer works
E.g. if customer navigates via:
- Case Actions
- Enter a search For 'Case #'
- Enter a search value of 5000
- check the 'Full Search (Like, soundex)' box
- Click on Search
- For customer this returns message 'No case found'
