Symptoms

On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps

When attempting to view change tracking details the following error occurs.

#4:31:22 - java.sql.SQLException: ORA-06503: PL/SQL: Function returned without value

ORA-06512: at line 1


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Workbench => CCG => Change Tracker and select Instance and Application then click changes at that time its throwing error.
2. View am.log file for exact error above.
