Goal

OCSG invoking an external application through notifySmsReception/notifyMessageReception operation when MO message received from smsc/mmsc. In case of application does not send response back to OCSG in less than 30 sec, then OCSG returns error to smsc/mmsc.

Where this 30 sec timeout is set and is this configurable?
