MPS Relief Is Not Occurring When A Discrete Job Is Created For Manual MPS Entries (Doc ID 1491993.1)

Goal

Manual MPS entiries are not being relieved when discrete jobs are created. This occurs even though relief checkbox is enabled in the MPS plan name, the planning manager is running, there are no unprocessed records in table mrp_relief_interface and all the triggers for table wip_discrete_jobs are enabled and it's been shown that records are being generated properly in table mrp_relief_interface and are processed by the Planning Manager. How was this resolved?
