Symptoms

Resource Manager applications will not run on Solaris Sparc

When the Resource Manager Gateway or Web service is started on a Sun machine with Sparc chipset it does not form adequate connectivity with the database.  When the application is started on the Solaris Sparc machine, it connects to the database, but all queries fail and the application shuts down.
