If a corrected read notification is sent from MDM to CCB while the associated bill segment is still freezable, the corrected read / OCBG immediately goes to the 'No Processing Required' status, essentially hiding it. This is not desired as more appropriate reads are available for this bill segment and its usage, and should be highlighted to the user.
