How to Build A Bulk WO? (Doc ID 1494927.1)

Goal

Suppose that client provides a list of data to be used to build a set of Work Orders. Is there a tool in ASAP that takes in input this information in some specific format (XML? CSV?), builds a Work Order for each entry of list and submits it in ASAP input queue? Is it able also to verify the result on the ASAP output topic?

This operation is useful for bulk operation on NEs
