EGRCM 8.6.4 Pending Worklist Items Report Does not Show the Correct Data.

Symptoms
On EGRCM 8.6.4 version.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The pending Worklist Item Report does not show the correct data.
When we run this report for open Control Operational Assessments it displays in the column 'User' the user name that ran the report for control operational assessments that have the Action 'Complete Assessment' is displayed. Not the user that actually should complete the Operational Assessment.
Please note that for Control Operational Assessments with status 'Review Assessment' the correct user is displayed.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The report for open Control Operational Assessments should display the user name in the "User' column of the user that should complete the Operational Assessment where the Action 'Complete Assessment' is displayed.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Initiate Assessment Cycle
2. Run Report Pending Worklist Items Report
3. Check column User for Controls with status 'Complete Assessment' (in Action Column)
