Goal

Customer has the following question for an integrated instance

Demantra and ASCP are in the same 11g database instance. Currently Optimizer_Index_Cost_ADJ parameter is default 100. Demantra recommend to set it between 25 and 50. We know this would change all the SQL plan in the database, including ASCP. In this case, what's your recommendation for this parameter?
