Symptoms

This is a defect and a solution is provided by Engineering.

UIM system is not getting refreshed after a Web service update request. This issue involves a custom.ear file that is externally deployed in UIM WeLogic Server.

On UIM 7.2.0 version, when the user submits a Web service update request, the UIM returns a successful update response message. However, the GUI does not display the updated value.

Only after some time or UIM restart, UIM GUI shows the updated value.
