Profile and SPM Variables Cannot Be Added into a ACS Notification Template (Doc ID 1500626.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to drag and drop either the Profile or SPM variables into a Notification Template nothing happens and the notification variable is not added to the template.

1. SMS Screen -> ACS Service -> Configurations -> Notifications tab

In the bottom half of the Notification screen click the [New] button, or select and [Edit] an existing template.

2. Try to drag and drop the Profile or SPM variable into Notification Template work area.

3. The Java console window shows that the following Java exception is being thrown whenever these two variables are used.
