AGService is generating hundreds of empty log files in the temp folder (Doc ID 1502135.1)

We have noticed that we have hundreds of empty files located in our temp directory. Is this an issue? If so, how do we resolve it?

Looking at log files in C:\TEMP\ArgusLogs\Argus. AGProc.AGProc.D[2012-08-09].T[12-12-35].P[30540].log has the size of 0KB.
