Symptoms

Include Schedulable list Check box is not checked during the creation of definition,
 still the definition shows up in the schedule jobs LOV

==Steps To Reproduce==

1. Define snapshot/chanqe tracker object and do not check include Schedulable list Check box

2. Go to schedule jobs and choose definition from LOV
