Goal

After extracting flat files from Customer Care and Billing (CCB), performing load to OUBI-OUASA (DB: AL32UTF8) fails with ORA-30653 and ORA-29913.

In the instructions for setting up OUBI DB it specified AL32UTF8 as the charset to use of XML DB components. But the extract (flat file) contains names that have ñ, Ñ in them and this causes ORA-29913 and ORA-30653 when starting the load process in OWB.
