Goal

Why is Datasheet populating in the case form although license is withdrawn?

For example:

We have noticed that the datasheets are populating in cases even if the license for that suspect product for a specific country has been withdrawn.

This is happening if the initial receipt date of the case is earlier then the withdrawal date.

This is causing issues in the following scenario:

There is a withdrawn license for US with withdrawn date later then the initial receipt date of the case. The datasheet for US is showing in the case.

We have other licenses for US which have same active substance as the suspect product and we have an Active moiety rule configured for US.

A report will schedule in this case base on the active moiety rule.

In this scenario there is a discrepancy between the US license showing in the event assessment section and the license based on which we are reporting the case.

Basically we are doing the assessment for one license and reporting the case based on another license, which doesn’t seem to be correct.

Please advise - Additional information is required regarding application behavior
