Cannot Delete Tasks from OFSAAI Batches ORA-02430 and ORA-00604 Errors

Symptoms
On Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications Infrastructure (OFSAAI) 7.2.12, deleting a task included in a batch gives errors. In Batch maintenance when the user selects a task, clicks delete, clicks OK to confirm, the task is still there. The following errors are thrown in the SMSService.log:

ORA-06502: PL/SQL: numeric or value error

ORA-02430: cannot enable constraint (FK_BATCH_TASK_PRECEDENCE_MASTE) - no such constraint
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to delete one task from a batch.
