Outlook is Crashing when Trying to Sync Subscribed Calendars (Doc ID 1508992.1)

Symptoms

Outlook crashes while trying to synchronize subscribed calendars.


When I click the calendar tab, Outlook Connector (OC) begins syncing one of my subscribed calendars and then crashes.  After a restart, I click the calendar tab again and OC shows that it is syncing the next subscribed calendar and crashes.  This keeps occurring until it has run through each subscribed calendar.  This doesn't happen every time but, happens very frequently.

I am using Outlook Connector 7.3 with patch 139162-15.
