Patching JMQ - OS Version vs. Glassfish Application Server Version - Which should be used for ISS? (Doc ID 1511283.1)

Goal

While performing an update to existing backend servers on a test machine, we have run into an issue with JMQ/Appserver/Glassfish.  The issue is that there are 2 copies of the MQ binaries on the system, and it appears that the OS version (i.e. /usr/bin/) is the one being used.

Before any patching is done the cksums are as follows.
