Goal

In Calendar 7, what are the places to replace/extend the mailalternateaddress attribute to cover mailequivalentaddress and are there known issues related to this?

Is it sufficient to extend:

davcore.ldapattr.mailalternateaddress
davcore.uriinfo.emailsearchfiltertemplate (which looks like the template filled in the error message)
davcore.uriinfo.subjectattributes

or is there anything else I need to be aware of (not speaking of changing mail addresses in the calendar database in this moment)?
