Polling Functionality Of Jeopardy Email Notification Is Not Working. (Doc ID 1514947.1)

Goal

We are using the inbuilt Email Notification functionality in OSM which is part of Jeopardy Notification. We are able to implement this functionality and send the mail notifications to the recipients.
The configurations are setup in the cartridge are as below:
1. The Jeopardy Email Notification is configured at order level.
2. The Email Notification is to be sent if the order is in "IN PROGRESS" state for more than 5 minutes.
3. Polling duration is configured at 5 mins so that the above condition is checked after every 5 minutes followed by sending an email notification.

However, the mail notification is sent only once and polling is not working as expected.
