Objectel Objectel Crash With Stacktrace: All Connections Are Busy (Doc ID 1515169.1)

The Issue was related to the database lock sessions.
There was about 21 locked sessions in database and they were causing timeout connection at the Objectel end point.
The timeout session was causing the "All connections are busy" message in the Objectel System.
