Messaging Server 7u4-26.01(7.0.4.26.0) 64bit (built Jul 13 2012)

We are planning to evaluate DNSBLs.  One of the requested requirements is to query the DNSBL post milter/content scanning.  Can I call a DNSBL after a message has been sent to a milter server?
