Symptoms

When running a Remote Diagnostic Agent (RDA) data collection such as the one described in Note 1476130.1 on a Network Charging and Control (NCC) installation, RDA seems to be stuck at the following step in its execution :


It seems blocked at that stage and doesn't continue its normal execution.

Changes

Recent creation of symbolic links in the /IN/service_packages/ directory or in one of its subdirectories.
