DM_IFW_SYNC Fails To Start : "..wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64"

Goal
One is running Oracle Client 11.2.0 (64-bit) on a RHEL 5.3 (64-bit) platform. Portal Base (BRM 7.5) installed is 32-bit and Pipeline (IFW) is on 64-bit.
There is an issue on starting up dm_ifw_sync and dm_aq and both have the same error. Other BRM services (CM/DM, eai_js, dm_oracle, etc.) do not have issue upon starting up.
Two specific error-related messages are found in dm_ifw_sync.pinlog:-
dm_crypt_init: no pin.conf entry for pin_crypt4dm library not loaded
ERROR bad dlopen for: "/software/brm/base/sys/dm_aq/libplugin_aq11g.so": libclntsh.so.11.1: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64
ERROR bad dlopen for: "/software/brm/base/sys/dm_aq/libplugin_aq11g.so": libclntsh.so.11.1: wrong ELF class: ELFCLASS64
