Objectel 2.7.14 Client Port Properties is Not Working on Windows 7 (Doc ID 1525015.1)

Symptoms

Objectel Client port properties is not working on Windows 7.

The replication steps are:

1. Create a Router R1, with five FE Ports P1, P2, P3, P4, P5.
2. Right Click on R1->Properties->Functional Ports Manipulation->Ports->P1-P5
The list of ports would be displayed.
3. Now randomly toggle between the ports. Eg: Just click on P1, P3, P2, P4...etc
The client hangs at one of the clicks. Although it is intermittent, it is quite easy to replicate the issue with the above steps.


This issue is observed only on Windows 7 and on Windows XP it is not seen.

The Objectel Client 2.7.14 is not certified on Windows 7. Hence, for this particular request, an enhancement request is required.

Objectel Client 2.7.14 is only certified on Windows XP.
