Goal

Goal of the article is to see how to see how to create Rulesets to achieve below things when using L2VPN technology pack :
- create a Data Networking Service through Fulfillment Webservice
- create automatically its Data Networking Service Configuration
Data Networking Service Configuration name will follow a specific naming convention
This automatic creation have to be triggered through Webservice and through UIM GUI (run time)
