Symptoms
Getting the following error when trying to view an E2B report as CIOMS format in E2B Viewer Screen:
Steps to Repeat:
1. Open a case that has a generated E2B report
2. Go to Regulatory Reports tab
3. Click on the final link for the generated E2B report
4. Select the CIOMS option from the view format drop down list in the E2B Viewer screen
5. Observe that it displays "Error No: 5, Description: Invalid procedure call or argument" error
