A User is receiving a Java error after logging into WAM and clicking on a 'Favorite' such as 'User Profile' or 'Work Order'. This error is:

Object doesn't support property or method

It happens for the user's Windows 7 account.  The java console never comes up.  Un-installing and re-installing Java does not help.
