A completed event remains stuck on the active Work Agenda. Unable to clear the event from the Work Agenda, the data is out of sync.
Running "Action any.JMService dump 800.<event_idx>" indicates that the job data is no longer in JMService memory. The original job was removed from the JOBS and INCIDENTS tables due to grouping, but the job is displayed in Web Work Agenda as active. Relogin has no impact.
