Error: 'Java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC Overhead Limit Exceeded' And 'logs.catastrophic_failure' When Running A P6 Service (Doc ID 1536955.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to run one of the P6 Services, the job can fail and the following error is logged to the P6WebAccess.html log:

ERROR

java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded

Example for summarization failure

In log for service from within P6:
- A fatal error has occurred.  More information can be found in the server logs.  Please contact your system administrator.  
  logs.catastrophic_failure

In the P6WebAccess.html log:
- java.lang.OutOfMemoryError: GC overhead limit exceeded
