EGRCM 8.6.4:With Custom Module, The Survey Component Of An Assessment Does Not Appear As Part Of The Assessment. (Doc ID 1540259.1)

Survey with Assessment is incomplete when Assessment Template is designated with Custom Module.
1. Create custom module, create data/job roles including module, associate job role to user, sign on as new user (see screenshots).
2. Via Custom Module, Risk Management, create new Risk, associate perspectives, submit risk.
3. Via Assessment Management, Manage Templates, create Template, select Module, add Risk activity, submit.
4. Via Manage Plans, create Plan, associate Survey template, submit.
5. Via Initiate Assessment, enter required fields, select Plan from above, associate Risk created against custom module, click Submit.
6. Navigate Home - No Complete Survey Worklist is generated.
7. Navigate Home, Complete Survey - No assessment survey is listed.
8. Navigate Home, select Complete Assessment worklist - No Survey trainstop appears via Complete Assessment pages.
