ENUM Call Out (ENCO) Processing Fails to Lookup a Valid Number and ENCO Node Exits the Fail Branch (Doc ID 1542950.1)

Symptoms

The ENUM (Electronic Number Mapping) Call Out (ENCO) node does not lookup a number and exits the Fail branch of the control plan node.  The connection between SLC (Service Logic Controller) and ENUM database is up and a valid entry exists in the database.

When slee_acs DEBUG is enabled, the following message shows the following output:
