Symptoms
The ENUM (Electronic Number Mapping) Call Out (ENCO) node does not lookup a number and exits the Fail branch of the control plan node. The connection between SLC (Service Logic Controller) and ENUM database is up and a valid entry exists in the database.
When slee_acs DEBUG is enabled, the following message shows the following output:
