Symptoms
On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps
When attempting to run a CCG Snapshot job, the job ends with an error and the following error is shown in multiple places in the log file:

Error: Snapshot Get Target Data routine failed. ORA-01000: maximum open cursors
exceeded
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SYS_SQL", line 909
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SQL", line 39
Running: CREATE TABLE snapshot_temp_data_764_1
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to run a Snapshot Definition Job.
2. See that it fails with an error and the error message reported above is shown in multiple places in the log file.
