Information in this document applies to any platform.
If you are updating the UIM DB directly, newly added entities are not visible on UI untill you clear the server cache or restart the UIM WebLogic Server/s.
This document provides Rule Set to clear the Server Cache. The Rule Set is meant to be executed from UI as well as it can be scheduled to run on regular intervals to clear the server cache.
Note: Clearing cache in runtime might cause un wanted results for the active users. Suggest to do this in isolation.
