Symptoms
There is a problem to rerate the amount charged by "Item" type product using pin_rerate utility.
It is working fine for subscription type product.
Scenario:
1. Create customer on 1st with billing date of month (BDOM) as 1
2. Purchase a one-time product on 1st, having fee as $10
3. Change the price of the product to $20
4. Run pin_rerate
Is it possible to do rerating on purchase fee events with products type as "item"?
