Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
For some resources, on some activities, when entering hours in Progress Reporter, multiple rows are entered in the database in RSRCHOUR.
For example: When entering '8h' on on particular day for an activity, ten rows containing 8h each have been recorded in the database, resulting in a total of 80h.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Only one row should be recorded.
