Symptoms
Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC) sends they Play Variable Announcement (PVARA) Messages that contains the "Date" field with the Date field encoded on three bytes, which may cause a third party server to reject these messages.
Changes
Implementation of a new service involving Play Variable Announcement messages containing the date field, or integration of a new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) server in the deployment.
