Symptoms

Cartridge Deployment fails with below stated error logged to UIM logs as well as to Cartridge Deployer:

<Error> <Deployer> <BEA-149082> <You cannot deploy application 'oracle.communications.inventory.customlib' without version. The application was previously deployed with version '7.2@7.2.0.0.0'.>
