Can't Connect To The Threadpool Cluster When Running A Batch, 'Invalid pool name' (Doc ID 1550379.1)

The threadpools are launched and running, but the command line submission can't connect to the cluster
There are run a lot of batches during the night, some on the DEFAULT threadpool, others on a specific threadpool named THDBILL.
The threadpool needs to be stopped and relaunch to take into consideration the batch.
